Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns on “change of mind” goods. Please be careful when purchasing online as colours may vary from screen to product purchased. If you are unsure about the colour of a certain product, please email email@example.com and we will be happy to help. Most Miss April products are made with yarn that has been hand dyed, therefore some variation between the same product can occur. The colours of some products, particularly pompom towels, may change in vibrance or tone slightly between each order. This is not considered a fault.
Return of faulty items should occur within 5 days of receiving them. We will only offer a refund if the product is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate style is unavailable for exchange. To report a faulty item, please email the details of the damage and an image to firstname.lastname@example.org, and quote your invoice number.
Sale items and samples are not returnable or refundable.
